Impresario managed Aptech worldwide convention in Bangkok

For the second time Impresario EMI Ltd managed Aptech worldwide convention in Bangkok from 10^th Jan to 12^th Jan titled Aptech leadership summit 2012. This gathering was organized for all business associates of Aptech from various countries. The Conference was held for introducing new associations in the organization. The Awards nite rewarded the achievers and entertained the gathered crowd with sequences like Thousand Arms, Magic Mask act, Sword Dance etc. The crowd hummed along with the band performance of Cube 0….. Impresario has nurtured a long association with Aptech by providing quality services and this association will continue in the future with upcoming events.

Rapturous Rhythms with Colonial Cousins and Impresario

A spellbound performance by world renowned colonial cousins- Hariharan and composer-singer Lesle Lewis created a new word for the entertainment nite of AIOC-2012, @ Le-Meridian Kochi Resorts on 3rd February 2012.  With their unique brand of Indian and Western fusion music, the duo enthralled and entertained thousands of delegates who gathered for AIOC 2012. Event managed by Impresario.

Impresario manages the 70th edition of All India Ophthalmological Conference, at Kochi.

The 70^th edition of All India Ophthalmological Conference 2012, is held at the state-of-art convention centre at Le Meridian Kochi Resorts, Maradu, Kochi from 2th February 2012 to 5^th February 2012. All India Ophthalmic Society is the 2nd largest organisation of ophthalmologists in the world and it meets every year in the first week of February. The conference which addresses more than 5000 delegates from different parts of the world is managed by Impresario, Kochi.

Mr. Shashi Tharoor, MP, lighted the lamp on 2^nd February. The event encompasses a 4 day conference, trade exhibitions and refreshment envisages, “Vision of Tomorrow’s India”. “The conference addressed by international delegates is held at 10 world class halls of the resort simultaneously and a trade exhibition is conducted in the convention centre, with in the compound” explains Harish Babu, Managing Director Impresario.

“Impresario has put up the entire structure and plan, taking into consideration the suggestions put forward by the committee. The conference is also eco-friendly creating a green concept with the use of plastics, flex boards reduced to the minimum” he continues.

The event is happening in Kerala after 13 years.  While the delegates are engaged in the scientific conferences, a variety of entertaining stalls with true Indian flavour has been arranged for their family who had accompanied them. The inaugural day showcased a musical nite with Colonial Cousins- Hariharan and Leslie.

Kerala Property Expo 2011

The biggest and finest of its kind in the state, the ‘Kerala Property Expo’ was held at Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium Kaloor, Kochi from 16^th to 20^th December 2011. The event was organized by the Kochi chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) and managed by Impresario Event Management Company.

It was a one-stop-shop venue that showcased a wide range of residential and commercial projects of the leading builders of Kerala. The 800 stalls that encompassed over 30000 sq. ft housed 48 leading builders, 5 financial institutions and few interior designers.

“The five day-long event was a resounding success considering the huge number of genuine walk-ins, the variety of projects on display, the launch of newer projects by various developers, and the feedback response from the participants regarding the positive conversions” says both the organizers and the event managers.

“Some of the competitions organised like Club FM ‘Little Radio Jockey’ and Nerolac ‘My dream home painting added colour to the event and drew good response,” says Harish Babu, Managing Director, Impresario Event Management Company, who has been managing the event, right from their initial years. Tony Chammany, Mayor of Kochi had participated the valedictory session and prizes were distributed to the winners.

Kochi was pitched as the choicest residential and investment destination of the state. The factors that pointed to substantial growth prospects are that Kochi is on the cusp of major developments on the economic front. “The growth of information technology (IT) and IT-enabled-services segment has thrown up Kochi as an attractive destination”, CREDAI officials say. The commissioning of the Vallarpadom international container transshipment terminal will necessitate more built-up space for residential and commercial purposes. Being an upcoming metro of the country, Kochi also offers opportunities for those who want to be a little away from the bustle.

“After the dip in 2008, property shows have been showing a steady recovery, and interest rate hikes is no way affecting the need based clients”, says the bankers who participated the event.

Speaking about the recent scams in the industry, CREDAI members said that “the government must look at regulation of the market, otherwise the fault of a few will smear the whole industry”. They also cautioned the customers from making uniformed decisions. The customer must carefully scrutinise the history and the track record of each builder.

CREDAI - has been in the forefront of setting up an organized real estate development in Kochi besides ensuring fair and transparent practices in the industry. Impresario has been associated with CREDAI ever since its inception.

CREDAI KOCHI PROPERTY EXPO INAUGURATION

Army Mela held at Municipal Jawahar Stadium, Kannur on 10th Dec 2011

Around 50,000 people attended the Army Mela-2011, held for the first time in North Malabar under the aegis of District Administration and Municipal authorities at Jawahar Stadium on 10^th December 2010.

The event was organised by Impresario Event Management Company. Defence Minister A K Antony inaugurated the Mela and Maj Gen A K Pradhan, General Officer Commanding, Karnataka and Kerala sub area, inaugurated the exhibition at Police Ground.

The presence of Army fighters (Donears), Fly past, para motoring, sky diving, motorcycle, horse and dogs shows were enough to attract huge crowd to the event. Around 1300 hrs the stadium was packed and thousands of people. Display of weapons and equipment, fly past by fighter jets and helicopters, and various cultural extravaganzas marked the Mela, which ended in a grant display of fireworks.

Impresario was honoured to manage the whole event. The lighting & sound, stage & carpets, flower & scallop decoration, chairs & tables were the major elements managed by us.
